Your trust means everything to us. Here’s where we outline how we protect your information and what you can expect from our services.
1. Last-Minute & After-Hours Cleanings
If we can fit you in, we will. Same-day or outside-hour bookings may include an added fee of up to $150, and there is no guarantee that we will accomodate.
2. Property Access
You don’t have to be home during the cleaning. Just provide a key, lockbox, or door code. We’ll walk through everything with you if you’re available, or follow up with photos afterward.
3. Cancellations & Fees
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This fee applies when notice is given too late for us to adjust our schedule.
This applies if we arrive and no one is home and we can’t access the property. We totally understand if something comes up. Just give us a heads up. You can call, text, or email us.
This applies if you're not fully moved out by the time our crew arrives. To avoid this fee, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you need more time to vacate the property.
Text or email us for non-urgent changes. Call us if it's last-minute.
4. Payment & Late Fees
A 50% deposit of the total service amount is required to reserve your appointment. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and online payments through our portal powered by Square. If payment is more than 5 days late, a 20% late fee will be applied. If you’re running into issues, let us know. We’ll always try to work with you.
5. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once complete. But if something feels off, please let us know. We take pride in our work and will do everything we can to make it right.
6. Insurance & Bonding
We’re fully bonded and insured. That means you're protected from damages or liabilities during our service. If anything were to go wrong (unlikely), we’ve got your back, and we have the coverage to prove it.
7. Privacy Policy
We use Google Analytics to anonymously track website usage (e.g. general location like “Honolulu, Hawai‘i”). No personal info is collected through analytics. The data helps us improve our site.
This site does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies beyond what is needed for basic analytics and form submissions.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and message. This info is used for lead generation and marketing. By submitting the form, you agree to this.
We never sell your information, ever. You may request to have your data deleted at any time by emailing oahurccleaning@gmail.com.
8. Policy Updates
The terms and policies on this page may be updated at any time without prior notice. We recommend checking back periodically for the latest version.
9. Online Payments
You can pay online anytime through our secure payment portal . Payments are safely processed by Square, a trusted name in digital transactions. We don’t store your credit card info.
During checkout, we’ll ask for your invoice number and the type of service you received. Your name will also help us confirm the payment on our end. It’s fast, easy, and secure. Just how we like it.
10. Crew Safety & Right to Refuse
The safety of our crew matters above all else. We reserve the right to refuse service (on-site or in advance) if we determine that a request, environment, or condition is unsafe for our crew.
This includes (but isn’t limited to) aggressive animals, unsafe property conditions, suspected infestations, or threatening behavior. We appreciate your understanding and shared commitment to keeping everyone safe. Mahalo.
