Standard cleaning starts at $175, deep cleans at $300, and move-out cleanings also start at $300 (for a studio). Add-ons like carpet or window cleaning are $150 each. Junk removal starts at $80. We charge flat rates, not hourly, so you always know what to expect. Final cost depends on size and scope. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot, and the remaining balance is due upon completion.
A standard clean is like hitting the reset button. We tidy up visible messes, clean floors, wipe surfaces, do dishes, and make your space feel fresh again. A deep clean goes further. We get into all the nooks and crannies, sanitize hidden corners, and clear up any gunk that's been hiding behind your microwave. It's the full cleanse your space didn’t know it needed. You can fill out the form on this site to reach us directly. Please include key details like the type of space (residential or commercial), size (studio, 1-bedroom, etc.), desired appointment date, and anything else you'd like us to know. For a quicker response, feel free to call or text us. We're always down to talk story and figure out what you need.
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. If we can squeeze you in, we will. Just a heads up: same-day bookings may come with an added fee of up to $150. This includes cleanings outside of our usual business hours. We're happy to accommodate whenever possible.
You don’t need to be home while we clean. Just leave us a key, code, or lockbox access. We may arrive as a crew of up to 5. Please share any special instructions ahead of time, like what to avoid or focus on. We conduct a post-service walkthrough with the crew lead and client to confirm everything. If you're not home, no problem—we’ll document services with photos and follow up to make sure you’re happy.
We adore your furry companions, but sometimes they get a little too curious or scared of vacuums. If possible, please keep pets in a separate area before we arrive so we can clean safely and efficiently.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged a $100 fee. If you need to cancel, the best way is to text us. For same-day cancellations, please call so we can respond right away.
All services are non-refundable once the cleaning is complete. But if something wasn’t right, let us know. We care deeply about serving our community and take quality seriously. 100% satisfaction is our promise. If we missed anything, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Absolutely. ORCC is fully bonded and insured. That means you're protected from any liabilities during and after our service. You can trust our crew to treat your space with care and professionalism.
Nope! We bring everything: cleaning product, vacuums, towels, and the works. All you have to do is relax and let us handle the mess.
We’re available seven days a week, from 7 AM to 6 PM. Our crew travels across the island of Oʻahu to bring sparkle and shine wherever you need it.
We clean both residential and commercial spaces, from cozy walk-ups in McCully to office buildings in downtown Honolulu. If it’s on Oʻahu, we’ll be there.
We get it—life happens. If payment is more than 5 days late, a 20% late fee will be added to your total. Let us know if you’re running into issues and we’ll do our best to work with you.
We accept cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo. You can also pay online through our secure payment portal, powered by Square. Just make sure you have your invoice number ready.
We serve all of Oʻahu, from town to country. That includes the urban core (Honolulu, Waikīkī, Ala Moana, Kakaʻako, Mānoa, Kaimukī, Kapahulu, Kalihi, Moanalua, Salt Lake, Nuʻuanu, Makiki, Pālolo), East Honolulu (Hawaiʻi Kai, Kāhala, ʻĀina Haina, Waiʻalae), the Windward side (Kailua, Kāneʻohe, Laie), the North Shore (Haleʻiwa, Turtle Bay), West Oʻahu (Kapolei, ʻEwa Beach, Pearl City), and Central Oʻahu (Wahiawa, Mililani). If you're on the island and need cleaning, we’ll be there.
It depends on your space and your schedule. For residential, we recommend bi-weekly standard cleaning and quarterly deep cleans. For commercial spaces, weekly cleaning is best, with monthly deep cleans. We also offer custom recurring plans. Reach out and we’ll find what fits your flow.
