Professional Residential & Commercial Cleaner

Oahu, HI

As a Professional Residential & Commercial Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across residential and commercial properties. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will uphold high standards of sanitation, organization, and customer satisfaction while contributing to efficient, streamlined cleaning operations.

General Cleaning Responsibilities

  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors in all areas
  • Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • Wiping down countertops, cabinets, and appliances
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including toilets, sinks, tubs, and mirrors
  • Emptying trash cans and replacing liners

Specialized Cleaning

  • Interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Deep cleaning carpets and upholstery as needed
  • Floor stripping and waxing
  • Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas

Commercial Cleaning Duties

  • Maintaining common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells
  • Cleaning break rooms and kitchens
  • Disinfecting office workstations
  • Restocking restroom supplies

Residential Cleaning Duties

  • Making beds and changing linens
  • Cleaning inside appliances including refrigerators and ovens
  • Organizing closets as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical stamina for repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work independently and follow schedules
  • Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices
  • Experience operating standard cleaning equipment
  • Ability to adapt to different client needs

Schedule Options

  • 4, 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts
  • Day or evening shifts
  • Monday through Friday
  • Rotating weekends and holidays as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to commute or relocate to Oahu
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • 1 year of cleaning experience preferred
